I have encountered an EIA salesman, who makes a very powerful presentation as to the merits of EIAs.
My question is: Is there an update to your article, pro or con?

What EIA is he presenting?
He is pushing AmerUs MultiChoice Income 10.

Not all of the points will be applicable to the Amerus, but the basic concept with all the ‘gotchas’ doesn’t make any sense to me.
